Vineyards: Elaborated from the vines of the family property, the vineyards are more than thirty years old , located south facing with gravel soil and clay subsoil.

Varietal: 100% Tempranillo

In visual: Attractive and intense cherry red colour.

In noise: Well balance hints between the fruit and oak wood.

In mouth: Fine smooth flavours and full bodied.

Ageing: Aged 14 months in American and French oak barrels.

Maceration: Maceration is about twenty five days. The temperature is controlled all the time between 25º-27ºC.

Recommended consumption:  18ºC
