Vineyards:Elaborated from the oldest vines of the familiar property.

Varietal: 100% Tempranillo

In visual: Bright rubí deep red with rust colour flashes, upper-middle layer.

In noise: Intense and highly complex nose, marked expression of fruit in jam. Aroma of cocoa , spice, and toast and vanilla hints. Cherries in liqueur in the background.

In mouth: Smooth mouth and tasty, with body and a correct acidity. The tannis are elegants, mature, sweet and fleshy. Marked fruity expression, long lasting finish and well balance. Consistent and very mature.

Ageing: 30 months in new French oak barrels, 30 months in bottle

Maceration: More than 25 years before pressing, fermentation temperature never exceeding 30ºC.

Recommended consumption: 18ºC
