Ribera del Duero
Vineyards: Elaborated exclusively from the vineyards more than 30 years old of the family ownership.
Varietal: 100% Tempranillo
In visual: Attractive and strong red cherry colour.
In noise: In the nose red and black berries aromas are predominant with toffee and coffee hints.
In mouth: Very tasty in the mouth with strong but well- integrated tannis, balsamic with a long lasting sliky finish.
Ageing: 20 months in new French oak barrels and approximately 12 months in bottle.
Maceration: Fermentation process don´t exceed 30ºC, and this temperature is controlled all the time , maceration is about twenty five days.
Recommended consumption: 18ºC
